Galloway Environmental, Inc. has been providing environmental services throughout the United States since 1995.

Galloway Environmental, Inc. (GEI) is a Small Business Enterprise that was established in 1995 to provide innovative and sustainable environmental, health & safety, and construction support services. GEI’s expertise focuses on five distinct service categories, Environmental Due Diligence and Remediation, Industrial Hygiene, Health and Safety, Natural Environment, and Construction. Although each category is distinct in itself, we often incorporate several of the categories in our projects. By doing so, we are well equipped to provide our clients with a “one-stop shop” experience, thereby reducing redundancy, expediting project schedules, and reducing overall project costs.

Our team has extensive experience working on private and public sector projects throughout Washington, California, Montana, Oregon, Hawaii, and Guam under the multitude of regulations, thus providing us with the unique understanding and skillset to complete our projects with the most progressive and cost effective methods. However, being locally owned and operated, GEI has a unique understanding of the business and regulatory climate in the Pacific Northwest.

Environmental Due Diligence (Phase I & II) Environmental Site Assessment
Throughout the environmental due diligence process, GEI maintains clear objective — Provide definitive site investigations by conducting thorough and scientific research while incorporating our extensive knowledge and experience.
Environmental Site Remediation
Hazardous site remediation provides protection of public health and the environment. Property assessment and restoration mitigates future restrictions or liability associated with adverse environmental impacts to the site. GEI maximizes its use of field screening tools to reduce time and associated costs.
Geotechnical Engineering Services
GEI has teamed its resources with leading geotechnical firms to provide the seamless execution of the full range geotechnical and environmental services to its clients. Having field personnel trained to provide both geotechnical and environmental services, allows for cost savings.
Underground & Aboveground Storage Tank Services
(Decommissioning, Assessment & Remediation Services)
Our scope ranges in size from single residential heating oil tanks to projects with several tanks and fuel islands. Our staff is fully registered to comply with environmental regulations throughout the western US and Alaska.
Asbestos, Lead Based Paint and Indoor Air Quality
(Assessment & Abatement Services)
GEI provides its clients with AHERA-certified Building Inspectors and Planners for asbestos inspections and abatement projects. GEI provides Certified Lead Based Paint Inspectors and Risk Assessors for lead surveys, worker protection and abatement projects.
Emergency Spill Response Services
GEI’s Emergency Spill Response Services are focused on minimizing the effects of hazardous materials and chemicals to human health and the environment while minimizing our clients’ liability. GEI is fully equipped to transition from the reactive to the proactive phase.
